Anti-Social Behaviour Officer

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Ability to investigate complex cases and pull evidence packages together to a legal standard, to build partnership action plans to resolve complex issues
• Issuing Community Protection Warnings, Community Protection Notices, Notice of Seeking Possession, and Injunctions (Tenancy Agreement breaches).
• Support ASB complainants throughout the processing of their complaint.

You must have experience or knowledge in:

• Knowledge and understanding of current Housing, ASB & Enforcement Legislation's
• Resolving ASB/Tenancy breach cases within a housing setting
• Full case management of ASB cases, including providing support to victims and taking legal action
