What you ll be doing: - Working on technical design and project delivery across multiple RIBA stages.
- Managing and mentoring a small team, ensuring high-quality outputs.
- Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team, liaising with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Overseeing technical design packages, ensuring compliance with UK Building and Planning regulations.
- Contributing to practice-wide technical leadership and knowledge sharing.
What we re looking for: - A strong career history working as a Project Architect.
- RIBA/ARB qualification.
- Strong technical and detailing skills, with expertise in AutoCAD & Revit.
- A solid understanding of UK regulations and experience across RIBA stages 3-7.
- Ability to mentor and manage a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in conservation projects is a plus but not essential.
