Client Relationship Manager

Client Relationship Manager (HNW), Herts. Up to £65,000 plus benefits and annual bonus.

We are working with a HNW/UHNW Wealth Management firm who work with entrepreneurs, families and sports professionals and they are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join their high-performing team. This is a client facing role and has the opportunity to move into an Adviser in the future.

The role:

• Supporting a Client Adviser with a portfolio of high-value clients, each with complex financial and business planning needs.
• Acting as the lead relationship contact for customers. Operating as a trusted and strategic partner, assisting them with queries.
• Collaborating with specialists internally to ensure structured advice has been delivered and funds/portfolios are performing.

Required:

• Diploma-qualified. Progression towards Chartered a distinct advantage.
• Strong background in private client advisory such as family office, boutique wealth firm, or private banking
• Strong understanding of working and dealing with entrepreneurs, HNW or UHNW clients.
• Strong communication skills, relationship led and customer centric.
• Commercially aware and highly credible when dealing with sophisticated clients.
