• Role: Property Services Assistant
• Rate: 13.31PH PAYE 16.30PH Umbrella
• Duration: Full Time - 3 Months Temp Contract
• Location: Lower Eashing, Surrey - Hybrid, 2 days in office

Job Description:

• Responsible for all administration in supporting the residential team
• Facilitate the delivery of all aspects of planned, programmed, reactive and other property maintenance
• Assist in the preparation, maintenance and review approved contractors for major and day to day maintenance works
• Liaising with customers in relation to properly related matters and place orders for works
• Prompt and properly instruct contractors and responsible for keeping a record of all works undertaken
• Assist Payments for all property related invoices
• Assist in all other administration and record keeping for the department
