Here at Nurse Seekers are proud to be working on behalf of one of the UK s largest Childcare providers who are looking to employ a Qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitionerfor their unique setting based near Wembley, London. For this role, you must have a genuine passion for childcare and will create a fun and safe environment for children to learn and grow.

This is a unique opportunity as this lovely setting offers flexible shifts patterns, meaning an easy work/personal life balance!

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage children (ages 3-11) in fun, educational activities
• Support the Manager in planning and delivering activity programs
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and parents
• Take on Key Worker responsibilities when required

• Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children

• Experience working with children aged 3-11 years
• Minimum Level 3 Childcare or Play Worker Level 3 (pre-2014) qualification
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with parents
• Willingness to step into supervisory responsibilities when needed
