The Role
KAA has an exciting opportunity for an inspirational Senco to help lead and develop our well-resourced and highly talented Learning Support team, and co-ordinate support for our students with SEND. The successful candidate will be expected to lead and develop on our inclusive, student-centred ethos to ensure the progress of every child.
What you offer
You will be an outstanding practitioner with a consistent track record of planning, delivering and assessing specialist SEN provision and have experience of taking on additional responsibility within a Special Education department. You will show resilience and motivation to lead the academy through day-to-day challenges whilst maintaining a clear strategic vision, staying positive, and focusing on key priorities. You will also have the ability to lead, coach and motivate staff within a performance management framework.
