Document Controller - Gatwick Airport - 12 month contract

I am currently in need of an Document Controller for a regional main contractor based in the Thames Valley area to join the existing team on helping to deliver a mixture of projects at Gatwick Airport which are a mixture of new build extensions and refurbishment works. You will be working within a project team reporting into a Project Director.

Key duties will be -

• Answering technical queries on the suitable document control systems
• Helping with restructuring
• Day-to-day running of my own projects - processing documents through workflows, chasing for comments etc.
• Assisting DCs on any issues they may run into
• Meeting with project teams via Teams

Key Experience - The relevant candidates will have experience of document control systems such as ACONNEX, 4Projects, Viewpoint or Fieldview.

Desirable Experience Airside but not essential
