Empowering Learning is looking for dedicated and qualified QTS/ECT Secondary Supply Teachers to take on daily supply and short-term roles in secondary schools across South-East London, including Lambeth, Lewisham, and Wandsworth.

This is the ideal opportunity for teachers who enjoy variety, flexibility, and challenge. You'll be able to enhance your teaching skills by working in different schools, adapting to new classrooms, and engaging with students of varying abilities, attitudes, and experiences.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT)
• Experience teaching Key Stages 3, 4, and 5
• Ability to adapt lesson plans and teaching styles to different school environments
• Strong classroom management and behaviour strategies
• A passion for inspiring and motivating students

• Flexible & Adaptable - Comfortable working in different schools with varied expectations
• Engaging & Motivational - Ability to inspire students and create a positive learning environment
