Finishing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Finishing Manager to oversee high-end finishing works on a prestigious residential project in Belgravia. The successful candidate will manage the final stages of construction, ensuring the highest standards of quality, detail, and craftsmanship are met. (6 months+)

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in high-end residential finishing

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to manage subcontractors and liaise with stakeholders

• Experience working on luxury or super-prime residential projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the finishing phase of the project

• Coordinate trades and ensure timely completion

• Conduct quality control inspections and resolve issues promptly

• Ensure project delivery meets client specifications and standards
