The Role

This is an exciting time of growth for us, and we are hiring a Business Operations Analyst to help us continue this success. This is a great opportunity to develop a varied and rewarding career with a company that invests in, recognises and rewards its people.

Reporting to the Head of Business Operations, you ll own and manage key operations and strategy metrics, delivering regular reporting on progress against KPIs and other status to influence decision making.

You will also:

- Collaborate with analysts across the business to consolidate or generate performance dashboards that will be viewed at Executive and Head of Department level

- Be proactive in identifying opportunities that will improve business reporting, influencing the roadmap for BI and MI

- Support the Head of Business Operations in the creation of strategic committee packs and communication material

- Collaborate cross functionally to problem solve and work through trade-offs, identifying barriers

- Advocate quality outcomes for customers and internal users

- Lead or contribute to initiatives across data analysis and management information, championing best practice and continuous improvement

To be successful as our Business Operations Analyst, you will have in depth experience within business or strategy analysis (ideally within the finance industry). You will also have

- Hands on experience of business intelligence tools such as PowerBI, Tableau

- Experience of working with large data sets

- The ability to operate in an agile test and learn manner

- Able to provide accurate and clear information to guide stakeholders to make decisions

- A natural solutions focussed mindset, you re tenacious in pursuing solutions

- Experience of working within an organisation undergoing rapid and extensive change
