This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary of circa £45,000 per year, plus a performance bonus and a range of attractive benefits.

Option of hybrid working, within commuting distance to Bedford, or fully remote.

About the Residential Property Solicitor position:

Reporting to the Head of Conveyancing, you will manage a varied conveyancing caseload covering:

• Freehold & Leasehold transactions
• Sales & Purchases
• Re-mortgages
• Shared Ownership Schemes
• Rights to Buy
• Transfer of Equity
• Lease Extensions

The ideal candidate for this Residential Property Solicitor positionwill have:

• 2+ years PQE in residential property law
• A proven ability to provide professional, competent legal advice in line with the SRA Code of Conduct
• Strong client care skills and excellent communication abilities
• Effective business development and marketing strategies to help drive growth
• Up-to-date knowledge and skills with CPD, in compliance with Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) standards
• Case management experience in conveyancing
• Leadership qualities to supervise and train team members in conveyancing team
