Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum, fostering a love of learning.
• Support the social, emotional, and academic development of each pupil.
• Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to meet diverse learning needs.
• Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them reach their full potential.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages respect and collaboration.

Key Requirements:

• Relevant teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent) with a focus on primary education.
• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A caring approach and commitment to supporting the personal and academic growth of all students.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the school community.
