Shepherd's Bush, West London£65,000An exciting opportunity for a Technical Services Manager to work for a leading FM service provider on a prestigious contract near Shepherd's Bush, West London. You will be joining an exciting contract for our client with a well established team that is personable and invests in your future providing further development and progression with the contract having the scope to increase in size and value.
Working for a highly esteemed maintenance provider, you will be responsible for all technical engineering activities across the site, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with industry standards. On site will be a team of 5 engineers, along with a Contract Manager, all being responsible for mechanical and electrical planned and reactive maintenance, remedial works and emergency response on site.

Duties - Working closely with the Client acting as a focal point for technical matters.
- Conduct dilapidation reports and maintain asset condition tracking.
- Manage and Lead a Team of Engineers providing technical support and training.
- Oversee maintenance plans ensuring corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations.
- Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods.
- Organising subcontractors
- Quotations
- Completing logbooks and RAMS
- Reports
- Conducting client meetings
- Ensuring the Contract Manager is kept up to date on a regular basis
- Liaising with client representatives in respect of corrective repair works.

Requirements - City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Installations
- Ability to lead a days engineering maintenance team
- Building Services Maintenance experience

Salary and Benefits - £65,000 per annum
