What the role involves:

• Supervising classes during teacher absences
• Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans
• Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment
• Supporting students to stay engaged and on task

What we are looking for:

• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Previous experience working with young people (schools, tutoring, youth work, mentoring, coaching, etc.)
• Enthusiastic, adaptable, and reliable individuals
