Job Title: Interim Global HR Specialist - Global Mobility / Shared Services

Location: Hybrid - Surrey (with potential travel to multiple regions including Japan)

Contract Details: Interim, 6 months initially - potentially permanent

Salary: Daily rate up 525

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver end-to-end employee life cycle services focused on Global Mobility.
  • Provide expert advice to managers and employees, ensuring high-quality, consistent service delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage the impact of change on HR functions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Report on project progress and outcomes to leadership, ensuring quality assurance throughout.

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
  • Proven experience in global mobility and complex HR case management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in HR tools and technologies, particularly Service Now and Assignment Pro.
  • Agile mindset, adaptable to changing environments.

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Experience with Japanese HR practises or proficiency in the Japanese language.
  • Familiarity with US HR practises or global HR experience.
  • Demonstrable communication and presentation skills.
