Trainee Sales Negotiator

My Estate and Lettings Agent Client are seeking a Trainee Sales Negotiator to join their dynamic sales & lettings team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the property industry.

You will receive full training and support as you learn how to match prospective tenants with suitable rental properties and guide them through the lettings process from initial enquiry to move-in.

• Registering new applicants and understanding their property requirements

• Booking and conducting property viewings with potential tenants

• Liaising with landlords and tenants to negotiate offers

• Assisting with tenancy progression and administrative duties

• Supporting the lettings team in achieving and exceeding targets

• Building strong relationships with clients to deliver exceptional customer service

• Keeping up to date with the local property market and industry regulations

• A keen interest in property and a desire to pursue a career in lettings

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Target-driven with a positive, can-do attitude

• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities

• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

• Willingness to learn and develop within a fast-paced sales environment
