The Company

Shopfront Services is delighted to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced accounts and admin assistant to our join office team in a fast paced business based in Dartford, Kent. We design, fabricate and install bespoke shopfronts and office entrances nationwide, working alongside some of the market leaders in the industry for over 40 years.

This is an ideal role for an individual who is looking for flexibility in their work life balance, who is driven to deliver and is up for a challenge.

This is an office based role in Dartford, Kent and with flexibility in the shift pattern to meet the needs of the business and individual.

The Position

This is a permanent part time role, with 15 to 20 hrs per week over 5 days, Monday to Friday.

The sucessful candidate will work in our admin team delivering our projects for our clients. We have recently created 2 roles in the team:

1) Health and safety coordinator

The successful candidate will have experience in this field, creating RAMS, managing operative training, company accreditations and managing the company fleet of vehicles.

2) Project Delivery coordinator

The successful candidate will have excellent organisation skills. They will work closely with the project manager to ensure our projects are delivered ontime and to a high standard. You will be cordinating with the different departments, clients and suppliers, so communication is essential.
