Flexographic Printer

We are currently recruiting for a Flexographic Printer with a flexo label printing background ideally to join a global manufacturer based at their UK Head Office in Milton Keynes. This is a permanent position working Monday to Friday 10am-6pm (Apply online only offering a salary of 38-40k per annum dependent on experience plus excellent benefits!

As Flexographic Printer you will be working as part of the Labels Production team (approx. 5 in total), where you will be operating cutting edge machinery to create top notch printed materials that surpass customer expectations. Your role will include:

• Setting up and running the printing presses, mixing inks etc
• Colour matching
• Flagging defective material and potential issues
• Monitoring quality from a running press
• Inspecting reel end samples and adjusting as necessary to maintain quality
• Ensuring data is accurately recorded
• Following Work Instructions and Customer Specifications
• Complete documentation for traceability and BRC.

We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following skills and experience:

• Previous experience in flexo label printing ideally
• Background in litho or other relevant flexographic printing will be considered
• Ability to demonstrate excellent attention to detail
• Experience using MPS Printers would be advantageous but not essential
• Used to working in a fast paced environment working to KPIs
