Contract type: Permanent, Full-time- 42 hours per week (average) 12 hourshifts

Work Pattern: Nights - working on rolling rota of 3 consecutive nights on and 3 consecutive nights off (8pm to 8am).

The charity provides care home and day care services for older people, as well as grants for older people in financial difficulty.

We are recruiting for Night Team Leader to join the team.

Joining us as a?Night Team Leaderyou will be working as part of a dedicated team. You will plan, monitor and deliver the highest standards of personalised care to residents, ensuring that everyone is treated with respect and dignity, and that individual's rights to privacy, dignity, independence and choice are met. You will also lead, supervise, monitor and evaluate the care delivered to resident's, checking legal requirements are met along with the high levels expected within the care home.

We are looking for a care professional with good experience of working in older peoples care services and leading a team.

With good knowledge and understanding of the 'Care Certificate', you will also hold an NVQ Level 3 in Adult Social Care (or be working towards it).

To succeed in this role, you will need great communication and interpersonal skills, so that you can form great relationships with your clients and colleagues. Numeracy and digital skills are required along with the ability to problem solve and adapt to situations. With a compassionate nature and a positive can-do attitude, you will be able to supervise your peers and take the initiative.
