Senior Change Project Manager - Wealth Management £85k-£90k + Bonus RemoteWe're working with a leading UK wealth management firm undergoing major transformation, and they're looking for a high-impact Senior Change Project Manager to help drive it forward.With aggressive transformation goals and critical deliverables already in motion, this is a rare opportunity to join at a pivotal time. You'll play a lead role in delivering a new national advice model, spearheading a data excellence programme, and managing two large-scale integrations - all while overseeing a cross-functional team of BAs, PMs, and testers.What They're Looking For:

• Project/change management experience, ideally within wealth management or financial services
• Deep understanding of the financial planning/advice ecosystem
• Proven experience managing large-scale change programmes, with strong governance and risk oversight
• Comfortable preparing board-level reports and executive papers
• Confident leading delivery teams and managing stakeholders across the business
• Experience in business readiness and rolling out processes across multi-regional teams

Team & Scope:

• Lead a team of 10 (BAs, testers, PMs)
• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic transformation projects
• Work closely with senior leadership and influence board-level decision-making

Package & Flexibility:

• £85k-£90k base salary (contractors may be considered for the right profile)
• Remote/ flexi working + 15% - 20% of travel
