Salary: 15.63 - 17.55 per hour (equivalent to 29,340 - 32,929 per annum),

A Special Secondary School in West Drayton is seeking an experienced School Caretaker to join their team on a contract basis, contributing to the upkeep of a safe and welcoming environment for both students and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• General maintenance and repairs
• Litter collection and bin emptying
• Planned preventative maintenance and maintaining records
• Setting up for events
• Distributing deliveries, including furniture
• Handling emergency repairs
• Performing any additional tasks as needed

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a School Caretaker
• A clean, valid D1 driving license is desirable
• MIDAS certification is also desirable, but training can be provided
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Enhanced Child & Adult DBS is essential
