New Build Snagging Surveyor

We are looking for New Build Snagging Surveyors in various areas around the UK. Ideally suited to a freelance surveyor looking for additional work. We currently cover Surrey, Sussex and Kent but have enquiries from around the UK through our website and marketing.

The ideal candidate

• Must drive and have own transport.
• Must have a surveying kit.
• Must hold RICS, RPSA or equivalent.
• Must have excellent knowledge of building regulations.
• Previous new build experience is preferred.
• Must understand new build warranties.
• Must understand NHQB Pre Inspection guidelines and the difference between pre and post completion surveys.
• Must be able to complete and submit surveys digitally via email.

We will contact the customer to qualify the lead and take a deposit prior to agreeing a survey date with you.

Reports are to be submitted to us within 24 hours.

Rates are dependent on type of survey and property type.
