This isn't just about technical skills; it's about being at the forefront of a major infrastructure project. You'll be working directly with users, ensuring a smooth transition to Windows 11, and troubleshooting issues on the fly. We need someone who can handle the fast pace of a peak workload period and deliver results

What You'll Be Doing

• Tech Refresh: You'll be the go-to person for our hardware and software refresh initiative, handling tasks like applying Windows 11 upgrades and rebuilding devices.

• Active Support: Use ServiceNow to book and track user appointments, then get hands-on with devices

• Troubleshooting Ace: You'll perform system health checks, manage disk space, and resolve a wide range of technical issues to keep things running smoothly.

• Customer Facing: Your strong communication skills will be key as you work directly with users to ensure a seamless upgrade experience.

• Problem-Solver: You'll capture installed applications and peripherals, update user records, and handle Active Directory (AD) group management.

• Experience with

  Windows 10 & 11 and strong troubleshooting skills for devices and applications.

• Knowledge of

  Active Directory (AD), including adding objects and groups.

• Experience with

  MS Surface Pro devices or similar hardware is a plus.

• Familiarity with

  SCCM Task Sequence (TS) building.

• An active

  SC Security Clearance is a hard requirement for this role.

• Excellent customer-facing skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
