Warehouse Operative

We're looking for a dedicated and ambitious Warehouse Operative to work for John Lewis in Bletchley - Milton Keynes. You will join a dynamic team in a fast-paced distribution environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated individuals to thrive and grow within the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing clothing and other retail items
• Handling incoming and outgoing goods
• Occasional heavy lifting (up to 25kg)
• Ensuring a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment

What We're Looking For:

• Ability to lift up to 25 kg.
• MHE (Manual Handling Equipment) experience is requested but not essential as training can be given provided you are confident to operate these
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Prior warehouse experience preferred
• Full flexibility across the week -FULL TIME ONLY
• AM shift - 6AM -2PM or PM shift - 2PM to 10PM available
• Basic spoken and written English skills
