Project Manager (Residential refurbishment)

Our client is a dynamic residential refurbishment contractor based in London. They carry out small to medium residential refurbishment project from light, high spec refurb to structural alteration and basement projects.

They are looking to add a positive and sharp Project Manager who can grow with the business and who shares their passion for excellence in a demanding market.

The ideal candidate will come from an architectural design or trade background and will be conversant with Microsoft Project and able to communicate a design to clients and also drive delivery on site. If you have experience in projects 100k+ and are looking to make a step up in project size and quality then this is a natural next step for a site or design manager looking to build a career in London.
