Transport Manager

Premier Work Support are recruiting for an experienced permanent Transport Manager to join their client's busy and supportive team in Horley. This is a fantastic opportunity to guide a dedicated transport team, ensure smooth and safe operations, and contribute to delivering an excellent service to customers.

Our client is looking for someone with solid experience in transport or logistics management, who brings strong leadership, planning, and communication skills. A good understanding of transport regulations and health & safety is essential, along with a flexible, solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities will include, however will not be limited to:

• Leading and supporting a high-performing transport team.
• Ensuring vehicle safety, compliance, and maintenance.
• Optimising delivery routes and contributing to sustainability goals.
• Managing budgets and upholding service quality.
• Promoting a positive team culture and strong customer service.

The salary is £45,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience) and the general hours are between 8.00am - 6.00pm, Monday to Friday, however, flexibility is required depending on the needs of the business.
