A fantastic opportunity has opened for a Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join a dynamic and growing brokerage, working in partnership with a leading estate agency. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales ability and a hunger to succeed - no prior mortgage experience is required, but full CeMAP qualification is essential.

You'll benefit from an excellent mix of warm leads, support from a recognised estate agency brand, and a proven structure to help you develop into a successful broker.

• Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 depending on experience

• Uncapped commission - OTE of £70,000+

• Full training, mentoring & development

  • Orphan client bank

  • Rate renewal opportunities

  • Web and digital enquiries

  • Estate agency overflow leads

• Offer mortgage and protection advice tailored to client needs

• Handle a range of lead types efficiently and confidently

• Build relationships with estate agency teams to maximise opportunities

• Maintain high levels of compliance and customer service

• Work 1 Saturday in 4 and 2 evenings per week to suit client needs

• A strong sales background (mortgage experience not required)

• Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)

• Confident, driven, and proactive
