We are seeking a dedicated School Nurse to join the team. This role is ideal for a registered nurse or a paediatric nurse who is passionate about providing healthcare to children within a school environment. The position offers a stable schedule, lunch is provided by the school. School nursing experience is ideal but not essential if you have other experience.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Provide basic healthcare to students in case of injury or acute illness.
• Develop health plans for students with chronic illnesses and disabilities.
• Monitor and manage the overall health of students.
• Administer medication and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate students and staff on health management and basic hygiene.
• Conduct routine screenings and vaccinations.
• Maintain accurate health records and ensure confidentiality.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and administrators to ensure students' health needs are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must be a registered nurse (RN) or a paediatric nurse.
• Experience in paediatrics or school nursing preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to the well-being of children.
• Right to work in the UK
• DBS on the update service
