Installtion Support Coordinator

? Working Hours: 08:45-17:15
?? Role Summary: This role focuses on providing comprehensive administrative support to our client's Installation Department and assisting with diary management tasks.

?? Key Responsibilities:
  • ??? Monitor CRM data on their system (SAGE), follow up with stakeholders to ensure complete and accurate data, and provide reports as required.
  • ?? Generate reports for internal use as needed.
  • ??? Support with arranging and facilitating installations, including preparing documents and site-specific information, and distributing materials.
  • ?? Assist in organising conferences and off-site meetings.
  • ?? Travel Coordination - Arrange domestic travel logistics, including train tickets, accommodations, and transportation.
  • ??? Administrative Support - Maintain accurate company documentation, provide general administrative assistance, including scheduling and correspondence, and handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
??? Key Qualifications/Experience:
  • ?? Previous administration experience in an office environment.
  • ?? Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • ?? Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • ?? Proficiency in office software and calendar management tools.
  • ?? Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • ?? Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • ?? Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanour.
