Installtion Support Coordinator

?? Role Summary: This role focuses on providing comprehensive administrative support to our client's Installation Department and assisting with diary management tasks.
?? Key Responsibilities:
- ??? Monitor CRM data on their system (SAGE), follow up with stakeholders to ensure complete and accurate data, and provide reports as required.
- ?? Generate reports for internal use as needed.
- ??? Support with arranging and facilitating installations, including preparing documents and site-specific information, and distributing materials.
- ?? Assist in organising conferences and off-site meetings.
- ?? Travel Coordination - Arrange domestic travel logistics, including train tickets, accommodations, and transportation.
- ??? Administrative Support - Maintain accurate company documentation, provide general administrative assistance, including scheduling and correspondence, and handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
??? Key Qualifications/Experience:
- ?? Previous administration experience in an office environment.
- ?? Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- ?? Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- ?? Proficiency in office software and calendar management tools.
- ?? Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- ?? Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
- ?? Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanour.
