Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor required in Hertfordshire / London

GVR are working with a specialist contractor who specialise in Facades and bespoke building envelope solutions. They are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their well established and dynamic team in which you will be based in the office 2 days a week with the remaining 3 days a week out on site.

The duties of the Senior Quantity Surveyor are:

• Managing the commercial reports and advice to the management team
• Ensure the commercial targets are achieved including project and programme cost, quality and time.
• Delegate work where necessary and liaise with team on project progress
• Prepare cashflows for payments in and out
• Carry out measurement for valuations
• Identify Opportunities and risks
• Attend post tender and pre-contract meetings.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor must have/be:

• A minimum of 5 years experience in Cladding or Facade remediation.
• Proven track record of delivering construction projects
• Excellent communication and oral skills
• Comfortable liaising with Clients and Senior Management
• Stable employment history
• High-performing individual
