What You'll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Band 6 Paediatric Occupational Therapist and play a key role in improving the lives of children and young people with complex needs in a dynamic and supportive SEN school environment. In this role, you will:

• Perform comprehensive assessments of pupils with a variety of sensory and physical needs
• Create and implement tailored intervention plans to support access to the curriculum
• Deliver evidence-based treatments to improve fine motor skills, sensory regulation, and independence
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including teachers, SENCOs, and parents
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in line with service expectations

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A current and valid HCPC registration
• Experience working in paediatrics, ideally within a school or SEN setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a school-based team
• A passion for delivering high-quality, child-centred care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role offers a flexible, part-time position requiring availability 2-3 days per week. The contract runs for 1 year from September 2025 to September 2026, with potential for extension depending on service needs.
