Head Chef duties will include:

• preparation of food for daily pub service
• cooking of meals
• ensuring cleanliness of the kitchen and associated kitchen areas
• assisting with menu design
• planning, preparation and execution for catered events in the pub
• maintaining logs of temperatures and cleaning schedules
• documenting allergens
