Salary: £49,920 per annum (Equivalent to £24.00 per hour)

Hours: 40 per week, mixed clinical & supernumerary

The Clinical Lead will assist the manager in overseeing the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations. The Clinical Lead will also be responsible for maintaining a safe, efficient, and high-quality care environment.

Clinical Lead Duties:

• The Clinical Lead will support with recruitment, training, and absence reviews
• Lead, supervise, and develop a team of nurses and support staff
• Demonstrate clinical excellence, supporting residents to reach their potential
• Delegate tasks effectively and identify training needs for staff growth

Clinical Lead Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will hold an active NMC pin
• Will be clinically astute and competent in peg feeding and catheterisations
• To have 5 years as minimum nursing home experience
