What you'll be doing as our Store Manager:

As the Store Manager, you will lead your retail team by example and ensure outstanding customer experience and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as a retail ambassador and promoting products tailored to customer needs
• Using a variety of selling techniques to convert customer interactions into sales
• Maintaining high retail standards and delivering excellent customer service on the shop floor
• Motivating your team to hit targets and seeing KPIs as opportunities
• Managing the store efficiently, including rota planning to cover high footfall, deliveries, and product moves
• Training and coaching your retail team on customer service, selling techniques, and daily operations
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and operational procedures
• Analysing store performance reports and implementing ideas to improve KPIs
• Acting as the point of escalation for customer queries to ensure positive resolutions
• Following Visual Merchandising instructions to maintain the brand's aesthetic

Desired Skills:

• Proven retail experience, ideally as a Store Manager
• People management experience with the ability to motivate and lead a team
• Competent in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams
• Highly organised and able to manage a busy retail environment
• Solution-focused, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership
