Vanta Staffing Reading is recruiting a Sweeper to work for our client in the Reading area. This role would suit the right candidate who wants consistent work with a prestigious company.

Role of a Sweeper:

• Clearing roads and other public areas of litter
• Clearing debris such as dust, dirt and larger particles
• Using hand operated cleaning machines to clean pavements and roadside gutters
• Driving sweeping vehicles

Details:

• Salary: £12.85ph
• Working hours: Various shift patterns, which could include 5.30am, 7.30am, 11am or 12pm starts. Can also include weekend work.
• Location: Reading
• Duration: Temp to Perm

Requirements of a Sweeper:

• You will need to have a Driving Licence to operate sweeping vehicles
• To enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Be Physically fit, as there can be a lot of bending and lifting involved
• Work well on your own, without being supervised
• To follow all Health and Safety procedures
