Looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services company on a new high end residential contract located in East London. This exciting opportunity to work for a market leader in building services, our client provides additional training, opportunities to progress further, part of a close team and the chance to work on a fantastic contract.

As part of the day engineering team, you will be responsible for mechanical and electrical planned and reactive maintenance, remedial works and emergency response on site. Working Monday to Friday, 8-5, you should be Electrically biased, holding City and Guild / NVQ qualifications whilst also being multi skilled having mechanical building services maintenance knowledge.

Duties

• PPMs & Reactive maintenance
• Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, LV/HV switching, Shutdowns, Switchgear, Motors, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps, Belts, Bearings, Seals, BMS Operation
• Organising subcontractors
• Health & Safety
• Logbooks
• Risk assessments
• Permits to work

Requirements

• City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations
• Career driven and motivated
• Polite and personable
