Retail Assistant (Flagship Store)

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Assistants to join our flagship store team. You will play a key role in delivering excellent service, maintaining store presentation, and ensuring a welcoming experience for all visitors.

Immediate start - Open 7 days a week

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Support the smooth running of daily store operations.
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation to brand standards.
• Handle customer queries and escalate issues where necessary.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store targets.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance.
