HR Coordinator
Location: Watford
Contract: 6 month FTC

We're looking for an HR Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting HR operations by performing a variety of administrative processes and tasks, including employee record-keeping. As you'll often handle sensitive employee and company information, professionalism and confidentiality will be essential.

What you'll be doing:

Contributing to the development and testing of HR forms or questionnaires to ensure data collected is accurate and relevant.
Organising and preparing complex documents, gathering and summarising data for special reports.
Delivering accurate and timely information to support payroll processing.
Building effective working relationships and delivering high-quality HR services with guidance from senior colleagues.
Supporting and maintaining data integrity within the HR information system.
Responding to internal HR queries and ensuring adherence to data protection and company guidelines.
Managing the administration of onboarding and offboarding processes.
Keeping up to date with job-related systems and technology.
Putting the consumer at the heart of decisions and improvement recommendations.
Upholding Clinisupplies' values and ensuring colleagues feel valued, respected, and supported.
Complying with policies, procedures, codes of ethics and mandatory instructions.
Treating Clinisupplies' funds carefully, ensuring resources are used effectively.
Maintaining accurate systems and records, and protecting data integrity.

Skills and experience we're looking for:

Experience using HR systems (e.g. Bob, Workday, BambooHR or similar) to manage employee data, generate reports, and support HR processes.
Strong technical proficiency in people processes.
Excellent relationship-building skills and customer focus.
Clear and effective communicator across different audiences.
Strong decision-making and accountability.
Collaborative and team-oriented approach.
Well-organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet commitments.
