The Fire Risk Validator role will involve:

• Conduct comprehensive fire evaluations for commercial properties
• Conduct fire risk validations
• Validate fire safety measures and compliance with relevant regulations
• Provide detailed reports and recommendations to clients based on assessments
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective fire safety strategies
• Stay up-to-date with the latest fire safety regulations and best practices
• Assist in the development and delivery of fire safety training programs

The ideal requirements for the role are:

• Validation experience
• In-depth knowledge of fire safety regulations and standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and report-writing abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
