HGV Service Advisor needed

Our client, a fleet services repairing and maintaining Heavy Commercial Vehicles, is seeking for a Service Advisor to join their team.

The ideal candidate will be dealing with customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs and will be taking responsibility for managing the customer service journey, updating customers on repair times and status, estimates and gaining approval for additional work.

Role: HGV Service Advisor

Hours: 7AM-4PM (Alternate SAT 7AM-1PM overtime)

Location: Hounslow

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Service Advisor role
• You have exemplary communication skills via email, telephone, and face-to-face.
• Excellent organisation and administration skills.
• You have previous working experience in administration and/or office environments.
• You can organise and manage your time efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Understanding of Kerridge, preferable.
