What You'll Be Doing

• Conducting load tests on a wide range of structures-from brackets to bridges
• Installing monitoring systems (drilling, wiring, soldering, testing)
• Accurately recording and reporting test results
• Collaborating with clients and solving technical challenges
• Travelling across the UK (and occasionally overseas) to deliver on-site solutions

? What We're Looking For

• A practical mindset and love for working outdoors
• Fluent English and strong communication skills
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a problem-solving attitude
• A full manual driving licence
• GCSE Grade 6+ in English and Maths/Physics or Engineering NVQ
• Hands-on experience with tools (carpentry, plumbing, soldering = bonus!)
• Comfortable working at height, in confined spaces, and lifting equipment (training provided)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams)
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel
