Are you ready to be part of a service that's transforming lives within the criminal justice system? At The Forward Trust, we are committed to supporting individuals in their recovery from substance misuse and mental health challenges. We're currently recruiting a Health & Wellbeing Practitioner to join our dedicated team at HMP Coldingley, a closed Category C male prison in Surrey.
As part of an integrated healthcare framework, you'll work alongside a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a mix of clinical and psychosocial interventions to adult male prisoners. This includes individuals presenting with low-level mental health needs and/or substance misuse issues.
