What You'll Do
Enterprise Services (ES) was established in 2022 to provide resilient, scalable and cost-competitive services to BCGer's around the world. It includes a range of business-critical activities including BCG's Global Travel team, which delivers the latest strategic thinking for the BCG Travel Program while focusing on traveler experience, digital innovation, and leading change to keep a handle on
travel cost.
The Global Travel Hotel Program Manager will serve as a key member of the Global Travel team, and partner within the team to oversee and optimize an end-to-end hotel supply chain (both offline and online channels). This includes negotiating competitive rates, managing data integrity across booking tools, and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement-ultimately ensuring that the hotel program aligns with the firm's strategic objectives and delivers measurable value to stakeholders.
The specific responsibilities of this position will include, but not be limited to:
Program Strategy & Negotiations
- Proactively contribute to and help refine the global hotel program strategy, ensuring alignment with the Global Travel Executive Director's vision
- Collaborate with vendors to source and negotiate competitive rates, leveraging BCG's global spend to drive cost savings
- Assist in the implementation of travel-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and contributing to additional initiatives as required
Hotel Content & Quality Management
- Ensure all negotiated hotel content is accurately reflected and accessible in TMC reservation systems and online booking tools
- Conduct detailed quality checks on both the ongoing case team hotel rates and the annual global hotel program rates, including RFP processes
- Monitor data accuracy, perform quality control, and recommend improvements to close identified gaps
Data & Performance Management
- Evaluate and report on key performance indicators and metrics to track program success
- Support reporting cycles by collecting, validating, and testing data from third-party vendors
Stakeholder Engagement & Communications
- Engage with global, regional, and local stakeholders to understand and address evolving travel needs
- Demonstrate a strong passion and strategic mindset for building awareness and demand-generation initiatives tailored to target audiences
- Coordinate communications, ensure consistency, manage change, and promote best practices in the execution of hotel and travel program activities across selected countries

What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality management or related field
- 5-7 years of directly related experience in the travel industry, ideally with exposure to hotels and exposure to hotel pricing principles, inventory steering, and delivering hotel contracting projects
- Deep experience building and maintaining productive relationships with travel suppliers (ideally hotels) to maximize value and savings
- Expertise with change management within a global environment & sensitivity to multinational cultural differences
- Fluency with MS Office, including the ability to design, enhance, and maintain spreadsheets, databases, slide decks, and documents
- GDS (Global Distribution Systems) proficiency is highly desirable (Amadeus and/or Sabre)
- Knowledge of the Cvent Transient RFP process is preferred
- Sound analytical skills and a willingness to explore data from different angles, combined with strong communication to present findings clearly and a keen attention to detail
- Fluency in English required, and Second language will advantageous
