What you'll do

• Prepare specifications, tenders and planning or building regulations submissions

• Lead contract administration duties under JCT forms and manage project delivery

• Carry out condition surveys, defect diagnosis, site investigations and EPC or stock condition work

• Produce clear reports and support party wall and professional service instructions

What you'll bring

• Strong experience as a consultant building surveyor with solid JCT contract admin skills

• Excellent knowledge of construction, materials and planning or building regulations

• Confident running inspections, chairing meetings and liaising with clients and contractors

• Ability to work autonomously, prioritise workload and produce accurate technical reports
