Salary: £110-130K pro rata + benefits

Your new role

You'll lead the evolution of the organisation's Culture Principle, shaping how firms are assessed and supported in embedding strong cultural practices. You'll produce thematic reviews, guidance, and best practice case studies, while engaging with HR leaders, regulators, and governance forums. Your insights will directly impact firm ratings, market conduct, and strategic oversight planning. What you'll need to succeed.

• You'll bring senior leadership experience in culture, diversity, or organisational development within the insurance sector.
• You'll be a confident communicator with board-level presence, skilled in strategic storytelling and stakeholder engagement.
• A deep understanding of regulatory environments and the ability to translate complex cultural issues into actionable strategies is essential.
