Our client are a main contractor who specialise in New Build RC Frame Residential projects across South London. The office is in South London and the business take on projects up to 20m in build value and north of 100 units.

Project Examples:

• New Build, Residential

Delivering of construction for 10 new apartments ranging in size, 1-,2-, and 3-bedrooms, featuring stone windows, balconies, parking area, and Passenger lift.

• Refurbishment, Leisure

Scope of work consisted of construction of a new multi-use community space and sporting facility redeveloping the existing facility.

• Design and Installation, Residential

Design and build of fa ade as well as installation of cladding for a residential building located in London.

Role: Design Manager

We are currently seeking a Design Manager to join the business and work on new build RC Frame Residential Projects.

The right candidate would have a strong RC Frame Residential background and have experience of delivering projects as a lead.
