I am looking for a talented Newly Qualified Architect to join a RIBA-chartered practice based in Essex. The practice is renowned for its expertise and collaborative approach, specialising in retail, residential, and commercial projects. The role:

Lead and support design development across all RIBA stages

Prepare and coordinate detailed construction information and specifications

Manage project delivery, including contract administration and site inspections

Liaise effectively with clients and multidisciplinary teams

Contribute to planning applications, feasibility studies and design reports

Responsibilities for the role of Newly Qualified Architect:

• ARB registered
• Sufficient experience in a UK-based architecture practice (can be as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant)
• Knowledge of the UK planning, building regulations, building systems and construction types

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Happy working independently and as part of a team

• Strong design abilities
• AutoCAD knowledge is beneficial
