I'm working with a highly respected UK Private bank that's on a major digital transformation journey and they're hiring a Head of Digital Platforms to own the strategy, delivery, and evolution of their online, mobile, and customer-facing digital platforms.

This is a true technicalchange leadership role: shaping the digital vision, modernising legacy technology, and delivering secure, scalable platforms that genuinely improve how customers interact with their bank. You'll have real influence across strategy, delivery, and culture.

What you'll be doing

• Define and deliver the bank's digital vision, aligned to its growth strategy
• Lead the transformation of core digital platforms (API-first, cloud, DevOps, CI/CD)
• Drive innovation, resilience, and measurable customer value
• Build and inspire a high-performing multidisciplinary digital team
