Role OverviewAs the Commercial Account Lead/Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for major clients, ensuring excellent service delivery, building strong relationships, and identifying opportunities for account growth. You will combine your technical knowledge with strong organisational and IT skills to support the Commercial division.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of projects and services
- Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling
- Handle challenging client requests and escalations
- Provide technical support to the Commercial division
- Maintain accurate records of orders, timesheets, quotations, and tablet data
- Communicate company services and policies effectively
- Uphold the highest standards of health & safety and compliance
- Undertake additional reasonable duties to support the business
Candidate RequirementsEssential:- Proven experience in account management or a related role
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Extensive plumbing and heating experience
- Strong IT skills, including laptops, Outlook, CRM systems, smartphones, and apps
