• Valid CSCS Card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
• Own tools and equipment
• Strong experience in general maintenance, repairs, and building work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and time management skills
